Senior Kam Phillips founded Dream Outside the Box in 2009 after volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club of Columbia in Columbia, Mo. Over the years Phillips has become close with both the kids and volunteers involved. Phillips, volunteers and kids express what being a part of Dream Outside the Box means to them.
